Under the new arrangement, Judge Baliga will function under the direct supervision of the Principal District and Sessions Judge at the Rouse Avenue Courts Complex. In a significant development during the nationwide protests, climate activist Sonam Wangchuk terminated his 26-day hunger strike on Thursday night, July 24. The conclusion occurred at a hospital where Union Health Minister JP Nadda and Union Minister Jitendra Singh were present to witness the moment.
