What Happened on the Night of the Disappearance

Nancy Guthrie was last confirmed alive on 31 January, when she was apparently taken from her Catalina Foothills residence. She was reported missing the following day, 1 February, and at the time of her vanishing she lacked both her essential medications and her mobile phone. Surveillance footage released within days showed an armed, masked individual standing at the front door of the property that night.

Multiple theories have circulated since then—ranging from kidnapping to medical emergency—but none has yielded a verifiable lead to her whereabouts or to the persons believed responsible for her removal.
