CJP backs Jharkhand students’ protest, says ‘We don’t want credit’; Abhijeet Dipke plans visit
CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke Endorses Jharkhand Student Agitation While Declining Credit
Theindiapostdaily.com – Abhijeet Dipke, the head of the Cockroach Janta Party, voiced strong backing for the student demonstrations in Jharkhand concerning suspected flaws in recruitment tests. He emphasized that political entities should not overshadow the youth leading the charge. A CJP team has already arrived at the location to help out. They are handing out meals to the demonstrators.
We offer our full support. Our delegation has visited the area, and our people are distributing food there. We stand firmly with them and support all their demands.
The agitation marked its two-week milestone on Friday. Participants have begun an open-ended fast. Dipke mentioned he wants to attend personally but is managing medical concerns.
I, too, intend to go. Although, I am currently dealing with some health issues. Many students are stepping forward to protest. I believe they are leaders in their own right and deserve visibility. It isn't necessary for Abhijit to be at the forefront everywhere. They are doing the work, too, and deserve equal recognition.
Student Demands and Government Dialogue
He clarified that the party seeks recognition for the students rather than taking the spotlight.
We don't want the credit to go solely to CJP. We want students to step up and protest themselves. We want them to fight for their rights and for the country's education system.
According to reports, youth want the 14th JPSC Civil Services Exam voided. They also want an inquiry led by the CBI or external retired judges. Structural changes for JPSC and JSSC are also requested. An eleven-person group was created to negotiate with Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Protesters claim they haven't received an official summons yet.
Support for Bhagwat and Organizational Updates
Dipke praised RSS leader Mohan Bhagwat for defending Gen Z activists against accusations of being anti-national. Earlier, Dipke tweeted "To whom it may concern…" addressing those who doubted the recent NEET-UG paper leak protests. He agreed with Bhagwat regarding social media misinformation, specifically mentioning the IT cell.
If the highest number of fake videos originate from anywhere, it is from the IT cell. So, I want Mohan Bhagwat's point to be accepted, that investigations should be conducted to determine which videos are genuine and which are fake.
The party decided to stay as a pressure group instead of becoming a formal political party. Dipke was named national convener of the new National Working Committee. Coordination offices will launch across the nation within half a year.
